While his patient- Lydia Wagner was dying in the hospital Zell am See, doctor Dr. Ernst Höfer and his mother gained access to the safe and the savings books of the dying Lydia Wagner.

Barbara Hirschbäck, née Mayer-Rieckh HUMANIC stated that she had also transferred an amount of 100,000 ATS as a donation from Mrs. Lydia Wagner to Father Kuppelwieser.

After the son of the deceased crime victim Lydia Wagner had succeeded in locating this Karl Kuppelwieser, allegedly represented by Hirschbaeck, in the slums of Pretoria in South Africa, this alleged authorizer and feigned donation recipient confirmed in lieu of an oath before the Austrian ambassador in Pretoria that both the statements of Barbara Hirschbäck and those of the Höfer family – according to which they had transferred alleged donations from Lydia Wagner to him – were absolutely incorrect.

Thus, a part of the donation fraud by Barbara Hirschbäck, née Mayer-Rieckh HUMANIC and the Höfer family in Zell am See is clearly proven.

Hirschbaeck and Höfer have organized alleged fundraising for Karl Kuppelwieser’s SIZANANI mission in South Africa via the Catholic parish in the Zell am See /Kaprun area on several occasions.
