After the wronged son succeeded in locating Mr. Pater Kuppelwieser in South Africa, the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent a letter from the Austrian Ambassador in South Africa with the following sworn statement by the missionary Pater Kuppelweiser.
In this sworn statement before the Austrian ambassador in Pretoria, South Africa, Dr. Kurt Spallinger, the alleged principal of the accomplice Barbara Hirschbäck, Father Karl Kuppelwieser, explicitly states that he
“neither a private person from Zell am See, nor a lawyer in Zell am See has ever been granted a power of attorney”
to represent him as legatee in the inheritance matter after Lydia Wagner. Furthermore, Father Kuppelwieser states that he has
“never commissioned and authorized anyone to sue and collect a donation legacy from the “disputed” “will” of Lydia Wagner dated 5/21/1991 in his name against the trustee of the estate by way of execution.”
This sworn statement proves that the power of attorney of Father Kuppelweiser of 20.11.1989 submitted by the Höfer family in Zell am See is forged.
Furthermore, Father Kuppelwieser has also confirmed that he never received the donations collected in his name by Barbara Hirschbäck from Lydia Wagner and the legacies pursued with his forged power of attorney against the estate of the deceased Lydia Wagner.
